This site uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party content. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep them secure, sometimes outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing.
When you email us
We use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to do business with you, such as quotes, orders and invoicing. The legal basis is our legitimate interest or a contract with you. Our email provider stores the messages for us. We keep them while the business relationship needs them, and accounting records as long as Finnish law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
